Daniel has extensive experience in mobile communications physical layer implementations. This includes GSM (2G), UMTS (3G), LTE (4G) and 5GNR (5G). He has implemented many aspects of both user terminals and basestation equipment.

Daniel has experience of all aspects of scoping, design, implementation, integration and testing. He has significant experience in leading development teams.

His recent experience has been with Verilog implementations targeting FPGA platforms. This has also involved extensive use of Matlab and C/C++.
