Hassan is a Senior Technology Expert with deep expertise in software development and machine learning applied to advanced wireless communication systems.

He has led and managed multiple technical teams responsible for simulation and cost‑modelling across a wide range of technologies, including B5G, 5G, Wi‑Fi, LTE‑LAA, satellite communications, and LTE networks involving artificial intelligence. Part of his simulation work has directly contributed to 3GPP standardisation activities.

Hassan has served a wide range of customers across the UK, EU, and the Middle East, supporting organisations within the wireless industry as well as wireless technology users.

Hassan has developed strong expertise at the intersection of machine learning techniques and Physical Layer (PHY) innovation, maintaining close alignment with cutting‑edge developments in the wireless communications sector and ongoing 3GPP efforts.

Within the company, Hassan oversees the development, stability, and quality of its software tools, ensuring the smooth implementation of updates and continuous improvement of capabilities.

He also plays a key role in client engagement, building strong relationships with current and prospective clients, and representing the company as a public speaker at national and international telecom events.

Hassan has published over 25 papers in journals, magazines, and conferences, has filed a patent, and serves as editor for several public technical reports. He is also a Visiting Professor at Sheffield University, where he lectures MSc Broadband students on the application of AI/ML to PHY‑layer design in 5G and 6G communication systems.
