Advises upon business development, creating opportunities and new business models in tandem with the property sector. Delivers innovative projects and works on large-scale initiatives, exclusively on behalf of property owners, advising upon all aspects of the telecommunications market including the development of new opportunities for income generation, landlord and tenant issues, the legal implications of the Telecommunications Code and the delivery of mobile coverage across major new urban regeneration schemes.
Advises upon the creation of a telecommunications property portfolio, negotiating the commercial and legal transactions and thereafter how a property company can successfully manage the created asset. Elaine has extensive experience of working alongside development teams in securing vacant possession where required to allow for development and/or the management of the apparatus throughout the development process, including the relocation or reintegration of equipment within the new build. Elaine offers pragmatic commercial solutions in response to what has often proved to be a challenging market, resolving areas of contention and mitigating risk during negotiations with the licensed mobile operators.
