With a solid 20+ year track record in the global mobile communications industry from 2G to 5G, as a technology strategy consultant, product and business development director, Costa has worked with numerous leading service providers, technology suppliers, consultancy houses and end-users in the UK, Europe and beyond, often at senior executive levels. He leads breakthrough engagements and creates partnerships to develop and grow innovative mobile network solutions, complex multi-million projects, platforms and product lines, disruptive strategies, and sustainable revenue lines.

Current work areas include neutral host and private mobile networks, small cells, open RAN and telecom diversification/disruption.
