Paul provides strategy and technology consulting, with a specific interest in 5G and business opportunities enabled by the coming together of connectivity, sensing and analysis – the internet of things in its broadest sense. His experience spans corporates, government and start-ups, typically working in roles understanding and driving the impact of new technological innovations.

He has a particular focus on the transition from R&D to commercial success, working with clients on market analysis, go-to-market planning, product-market fit and business growth. One of his key activities in recent years has been working with clients who are looking for new technology to gain competitive advantage by jumping ahead of the curve. This focus has included clients in the consumer, industrial and communications sectors.

Paul is non-executive chair of bio-engineering start-up, Evonetix Ltd, and a member of the advisory board of UK5G. He is an experienced presenter and has been featured as a technology expert in several BBC productions.
