Tom is Principal Consultant at Real Wireless and has over 12 years’ experience in the wireless telecoms industry, with a strong focus on wireless systems in complex venues and environments. Tom is experienced in the management of design, installation, project and programme management for neutral hosts and UK MNOs on a wide variety of wireless systems including national stadia, major transport hubs, retail, healthcare and corporate offices throughout the UK.

In his previous roles at Neutral Host providers Tom led technical projects involving public cellular, private 4G and 5G networks, PMR, Wifi, small cells and Open-RAN. Notable projects include major Neutral Host deployments at national and premier league stadia, managing UK wide rollouts of 5G infrastructure in retail environments supporting a UK MNO over many years overseeing the deployment of wireless systems at their key stadia and arena branded venues.

Tom is an experienced stakeholder manager and commercially minded engineer with a clear focus on providing practical guidance to meet strategic needs.
