As founder of evo-rail, he pioneered the world’s first multi-gigabit track-to-train communications solution, securing major contracts in the UK and US. Simon has held leadership roles in cyber security strategy for UK rail, digital transformation in transport, and complex global infrastructure programmes.

His core strengths include strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-impact, innovative solutions. He has worked with top-tier partners like Lockheed Martin and Boeing, and served on boards in both public and private sectors.
